Meghan McCain doesn’t understand why everyone is so mad at her all the time! She started her week on The View by denying that Al Franken’s alleged overly familiar behavior toward women was at all comparable to the allegations against former Vice President Joe Biden, which is where she lost me.
McCain later sparred with presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke, seemingly trying to bait him into calling all Trump supporters Nazis after he compared the “send her back” chants at the president’s North Carolina rally to Nuremberg. If it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck, then the duck is probably a white supremacist!
McCain closed out the week with Joy Behar by making fun of Ana Navarro because her husband calls her “Mami.” Behar called the practice “Freudian” and McCain likened it to Mike Pence calling his wife “Mother.” Get me away from these women!
DISCUSSION
I know that violence is never a productive response. I know that the law of attraction says that whatever you send out into the universe comes back to you threefold. I know punching McCain repeatedly in the face wouldn’t change any of the massive injustices currently happening right now in the world. But in spite of all that I know, I still want to punch her until the strength leaves my body. What can I say? The heart wants what the heart wants.
