Melania Trump Simply Doesn't Have Time to Think About Hubby's Alleged Infidelity

Politics

First Lady Melania Trump is a very busy woman who is far too busy to dwell on claims that her husband is an unfaithful piece of shit.

ABC News continues to release teasers of their Friday night special Being Melania: The First Lady, featuring a series of interviews with Melania on a four-nation tour of Africa, her first solo trip abroad. On Wednesday, we found out Melania thinks survivors of sexual assault must provide “hard evidence” before calling out their assailants. On Thursday, we discovered Melania feels like the most bullied person on the planet. And today, we learned that Melania really doesn’t let Trump’s alleged affairs distract her.

Here’s Melania in conversation with ABC News Chief National Correspondent Tom Llamas:

LLAMAS: It has been a tough year for you, personally. You’re not the first first lady to have to deal with her husband’s alleged infidelities. Has this put a strain on your marriage?
MELANIA: It is not [a] concern and focus of mine. I’m a mother and a first lady, and I have much more important things to think about and to do. I know people like to speculate about our marriage.
LLAMAS: Have you been hurt though?
MELANIA: Media…speculating. Yeah, it’s not always pleasant, of course. But I know what is right and what is wrong, and what is true and not true.

Llamas goes on to ask about Melania about comments made by Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, in June. At a speaking engagement, Giuliani said that when it comes to adult film star Stormy Daniel’s assertion that she had an affair with Trump, Melania “believes her husband” and “knows it’s untrue.”

“Is that an accurate statement?” asks Llamas.

Melania replies, “I never talked to Mr. Giuliani.”

Interesting response!

With a smile, Melania assures Llamas that she and Trump are “fine.”

Look, I don’t know who she’s trying to fool, but it certainly ain’t me. Every marriage is different, and maybe Melania really is indifferent about her mushroom dicked husband having sex with other women. But that’s one thing; having the dirty laundry aired out for all to see is another.

Being Melania: The First Lady airs tonight at 10 p.m. on ABC.
