Barf BagWelcome to Barf Bag, a daily politics roundup to help you sort through the chaotic Trumpian news cycle.

Do you find that you are just so tired all the time that even doing fun stuff takes so much effort?

Here’s all the shit we couldn’t cover today:

  • The Justice Department is upset that undocumented teen Jane Doe received an abortion the morning after a federal appeals court allowed her to obtain an abortion, and now seeks to punish the ACLU lawyers who represented her case. The DOJ claims, further, that “the ACLU misled the United States as to the timing of Jane Doe’s abortion,” according to a statement by spokesman Devin O’Malley. “In light of that, the Justice Department believes the judgment under review should be vacated, and discipline may be warranted against Jane Doe’s attorneys.” [Buzzfeed]
  • Sean Spicer, a burnt marshmallow, is still at Harvard, where he continues to receive special treatment [The Harvard Crimson]
  • We know a lot about Donald Trump’s father (unfortunately), but now, thanks to Politico, we get to learn more about his mom, Mary Trump. [Politico Magazine]
  • The House Administration Committee will hold a hearing to discuss sexual harassment in Congress on November 14. [Politico]
