Clearly “President” Trump should be impeached and convicted, or removed from office through the 25th Amendment. While neither of those looks very likely in the near term, he’s got lots of other legal problems:

  • The lawsuit against him by the District of Columbia and the state of Maryland for violating the Emoluments Clauses is proceeding.
  • His hotel in DC may lose its liquor license.
  • The state of New York is investigating his charity; his real estate businesses could well be next.
  • A porn star and a Playboy bunny are suing him.
  • Summer Zervos’ defamation lawsuit continues. Trump will be deposed under oath!
  • The Mueller investigation grinds on, ensnaring more Trump cronies who are likely to cooperate (Manafort in jail, Cohen close) and focusing more and more on Trump finances.
  • And in that regard, Trump knows that if his IRS returns ever see the light of day, or Putin reveals what he’s got on him, he’s done.

These are only his personal legal problems. Trump must wake up every day wondering “WTF is next?”
