- President Trump has an interesting relationship with his age. “I think that I just feel like a young man,” Trump said, speaking to the press on Friday. “I’m so young. I can’t believe it, I’m the youngest person.” He’s actually 72. Young at heart might be more accurate, but also probably not. [Politico]
- Elsewhere, Trump made a big show of rejecting an arms trade treaty from the UN (that the U.S. never ratified anyway but would have had zero effect on our own gun laws?) to impress the NRA. [New York Times]
- This long-term care bill is pretty great news to come out of Washington state. [The Intercept]
- Somehow I don’t think further militarizing the border is going to make anything safer for migrants or the people who live there. [Washington Post]
