Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Doesn't Think Joe Biden Gets It

Despite promising to be more “mindful” during his interactions with women, Joe Biden was recently filmed praising the attractiveness of a ten-year-old girl, and along with every woman on Earth who would rather Joe Biden not sniff her hair, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez thinks he should stop doing that if he wants people to believe his promises to stop doing that.

According to The Washington Post, in a recent interview with ABC’s This Week, Ocasio-Cortez explained why it’s not a great look for the Democratic frontrunner to behave like a grabby uncle. When asked if Biden “gets it,” (it ostensibly being the bodily autonomy of women) she replied:

“I think that’s something that he has to kind of show the electorate…You know, I think that it is an issue where there is a struggle; I’ll be completely honest.”

And while she says that voters don’t necessarily think Biden is guilty of sexual misconduct, she acknowledges that there’s still “discomfort” around the fact that Biden has been called out for being too touchy, said he would work on it, and then continued to act like a weirdo.

She says that Biden isn’t “locked down” with female voters, causing me to immediately picture Biden pinning me in place, both hands lightly cupping each shoulder as I fight the urge to shrug him off, so basically an image of exactly where this election is headed.
