A 20-foot blimp of President Trump as a snarling, screaming baby—smart phone in hand, diaper covering his nether regions—is towering over Central London. London Mayor Sadiq Khan allowed the blimp to take to the skies over the city, describing it as an example of “peaceful protest.”
